The Cancer Transcriptome Atlas (CTA) is a technology designed to profile all aspects of biology of a tumor. CTA profiling can evaluate the tumor microenvironment and the immune response. Additionally, identifying a CTA profile can help understand immune reactivity to a particular treatment and can be used to enhance studies on drug development.
