    Lipid analysis involves the isolation and identification of lipids, such as triacylglycerols, phospholipids, sphingolipids. Lipid analysis can be done with a variety of procedures, including gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
