    Surgeries broadly describe procedures used to investigate or treat a medical condition, such as a disease, injury, or bodily impediment. In general, surgeries aim to improve function or appearance or repair a damaged or infected area of the body. Examples of surgeries include angioplasty, joint replacements, cesarean section, organ transplantation, hysterectomy.
