Hydrodynamics
Hydrodynamics, also known as fluid dynamics, is a scientific method of describing the flow of fluids, including both liquids and gasses. Hydrodynamics considers the forces put on or exerted by fluids. Examples of hydrodynamics include determining the flow rate of gas through pipelines, the design of the hull on ships, and how marine animals propel themselves through water.
