    GABA is discovered normally in assortments of green, dark, and oolong tea, just as in matured food sources including kefir, yogurt, and tempeh. Different food sources contain GABA or may support its creation in the body, including entire grains, fava beans, soy, lentils, and different beans; nuts including pecans, almonds, and sunflower seeds; fish including shrimp and halibut; citrus, tomatoes, berries, spinach, broccoli, potatoes, and cocoa.
