Myeloid disease

Myeloid disease are medical conditions impacting myeloid cells, a subset of immune cells that are generated in the bone marrow. Myeloid cells differentiate into various immune cells, including basophils, macrophages, monocytes, and neutrophils. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a type of myeloid disease charactered by cancerous growth in the bone marrow resulting in the generation of an abnormally large number of blood cells.
