The NPS difference is how we most effectively convey to customers what makes us unique and different vs. the competition in how we solve their most pressing problems.   

You may recall that the NPS difference was introduced at last year’s National Field Meeting in Chicago and reflected in several new resources.  

In this session, there are four important learning objectives we want you take from the session:    

1. How to most effectively probe during customer engagement to uncover a “Time”, “Risk” or ”Money” problem.
2. How to most effectively transition from problem identification to a unique solution consistent with the NPS difference.
3. How to use the resources, or combination of resources, to introduce and reinforce the NPS difference with customers.
4. How to create a customer experience that is impactful and creates an emotive connection with the customer because we really understand 

In this session, you will learn how to differentiate NPS by promoting our beginning to bedside patient safety solution. This solution includes Syntrac™ Integration Tools with HL7 integration, Isotrac, and the Safetrac™ Barcoding System. SafetracTM is the first and only solution on the market that enables radiopharmaceuticals to be scanned and verified against the patient’s medication administration record (MAR) at time of administration. When implemented with our end to end suite of solutions, it helps customers reduce order entry and dose administration errors, and increase productivity. Through a series of sales call role plays, we will show you what TO DO and NOT DO when promoting the solution.  You will leave this session ready to create a sense of urgency, answer questions, address objections, and convince customers and prospects that they must have it.

The MOM program had a goal of balancing costs to spread the compounding process throughout the day.  This opened the doors to optimizing generator supply based on demand patterns.
 
The Production advisor, however, has a bit of a different goal. 
 
By evaluating materials on-hand, the Production Advisor will maximize the utilization of the materials it knows you have and will work to shift the materials balance and minimize expenses. 
 
While MOM was optimizing to what you *could* have, the PA advisor is optimizing what you *DO* have.
 

There is no debating that a storm is approaching in our industry and it will have long lasting impacts on NPS, our customers and the patients we all work to serve. We all take these changes and challenges seriously and that is a fact!
 
But, what if Quality/Regulatory changes and Sourcing/Supply Chain challenges were different sides of a single issue and there were candidates trying to convince you that one will have a bigger impact on our industry, wouldn’t that be a Great Debate?  
 
Introducing the Industry Storm Great Debate at the vNFM
Aaron Lynch will be representing Sourcing and Supply Chain challenges as candidate A and David Pellicciarini will be representing Quality and Regulatory changes as candidate B. Each of them will be providing facts and statements about the role these issues will have in the upcoming storm?
 
The debate will be moderated by Erin Summers and Bill Bartelson who will provide commentary on how the information presented by our experts can be used with customers and how our customers are reacting to the storm. You will have the opportunity to vote for the best debater and a winner will be announced during the vNFM closing on July 14.
