Color Science: is the knowledge of the physiological and physical conditions of color vision and color generation. Color science is crucial in the development of color photography, color TV and 3D color printing, etc. Colors have to be measured in order to be reproduced, the development of measuring methods and the investigation of the visual system make up color science.
